The teaching of rational communism and its goals
"A spectre is haunting Europe – the spectre of communism,” proclaimed Marx in 1848. More than 160 years later Marx's abstract communism is still a spectre living on Thomas More's island of Utopia – the place of no existence where fantasy theories and practices prosper. Does communism has a future? Yes! But only as a radically new wise Realcommunist ideology which goes beyond the teachings of the good old Karl Marx. Modern Realcommunism cannot be based on Marx's theoretical Idealcommunism any more. The theory of communism created by Plato, Sen Simon, Fourie, Kabe, Babeuf and Marx belongs to the childhood of humanity. Today the myth about the communist paradise, the myth about the communist horn of plenty, the myth about the classless society, the myth about the abolition of the state and its dying away in communist societies, in one word, all the tales of primitive Marxist abstract communism must be forgotten. We cannot be Marxists any more. The time of Marxist communism in its classical form is gone; it has been practically and theoretically abolished. The communist movement must take off its child's shoes once and forever. A radically new and positive communist programme based on the principles of uncompromising political pragmatism and ethical Realpolitik must be created. Now! It is time for a new scientific teaching of Realcommunism able to supersede Marx's Idealcommunism, to replace, to negate, to refute everything that is dead in Marx and, at the same time, to preserve everything that is eternally alive and living in his teaching. Yes, there is no doubt about it: Marxism has not said its last word yet. What is good in it is being developed and will always be developed. The world-historical task of pragmatic Realcommunism is to perform a merciless constructive critique of both Marxism and capitalism and go decisively beyond Utopian Marxist communism as well as the myths of modern capitalism. It is time for Realcommunism. Realcommunism is a true political communism: it stands for the political and economic order of a free political community of equals. Political communism means: Constituting real direct democracy in which all members of the political community participate enjoying equality in freedom and freedom in equality; the progress of human freedom will not be complete until every human being is equally free. This is the supreme aim of the new democratic movement for political communism – a movement for true direct communist democracy, a movement for a free, pure and sacred res publica genuinely belonging to all members of a sovereign political community. This is the task of the nearest future, the categorical imperative of the universal will of the third millennium. Political Realcommunism is absolutely democratic, non utopian, pragmatic and post-Marxist. It is time for a new pragmatic movement for real direct democracy! A true participatory and direct democracy, in which all members of the political community are free and equal, is a condition sine qua non for Realcommunism. It is time for a true and workable third-millennium Realcommunist ideology of a totally new type, which vigorously refutes and develops the communist teachings of all previous millennia; the new Realcommunists need to start building the future societies of the third millennium based on down-to-earth realistic political communism – the truly permanent goal of the ever-changing world history. It is time for the modern Realcommunists to launch their new open political parties. Their program must propose a new vision of modern political communities from the higher perspective of the XXI century. Their radically new Realcommunist ideology must inspire billions of people to develop the world of the nearest future. Marx only set the beginning of the modern science of communism – the science of the common good; as every beginning it was imperfect. Yet, it contains in itself the goal and the task for further development of the will to political communism. Communism certainly needs its science. Marx and Engels were absolutely right to aim at creating the so called scientific communism. They had the dream and began building the foundations of the science of communism but failed to realise their goal. Today we continue their deed. The newest humanist movement aims at Realcommunism, i.e. it aims at political communism. The reason is simple: The political communists put stress on the political community and its common good – its universal public property, its res publica. The main goal of political communism is to overthrow and supersede the corrupted rule of bourgeois law expressing the class will of the dominating and greedily exploiting Global Big Bourgeoisie. Therefore, the political communists – the new liberal Realcommunists, – will to constitute a humanistic rule of law based on the freedom, the total unalienable and indivisible sovereignty of the political community as well as the genuine political equality of all its members in a constitutional direct democracy. Realcommunism is not based on the abstract Marx's notion of common property, which according to him must be introduced after abolishing the institution of private property. Realcommunism is a political communism, i.e. it has nothing in common with the Marxist commune. It is based on the category of political community; political communities must be free, powerful and sovereign. It is based on the common good, the rights and duties of all members of the political community; in other words, based on the principles of ethical Realpolitik and willing to create a higher human civilisation of real political communism, Realcommunism aims first and foremost at establishing the communist state – the highest type of state – as an organisation of the common good of the whole political community. The shortest definition of Realcommunism – the new totally democratic Realpolitical communism, – is: Government of the political community by the political community for the political community. Political communism will create something new under the sun: the political and economic order of genuine and real direct democracy, in which all the power and sovereignty belong to the People organised as a free political community of equals. Therefore, it will create a world without economic and political exploitation.
These are the goals - the soul, the spirit andthe will - of liberal Realcommunism:1. Creating a movement for new liberal Realcommunism and transforming the People from its state of a deliberately atomised capitalist society into a free political community of equals in the Rousseau's meaning of the word, i.e. constituting a political order, which genuinely expresses the Common Will of the People willing the common good and, therefore, aiming at 2. Overthrowing the elected dictatorship of the Big Bourgeoisie and Big Capital; in other words, aiming at overthrowing the capitalist society and the "democratic" state institutions, which the elected dictatorship of the Big Bourgeoisie has created. 3. Building political communism: Rule of the sovereign People organised as a political community of members enjoying equal freedom in the conditions of real direct democracy. 4. Expropriation of the expropriators of public property. 5. Emancipation of the modern proletariat. 6. Replacement of private property of exploiting capitalist type with private property of humanist type. 7. Founding the state on the principle of universal and common for all citizens public property so as to make the state a real res publica; we love and care about something as much as we are in possession of it and control it. 8. The Parliament has to be totally and unconditionally controlled by the supreme legislator: the sovereign People organised as political community. The staunch and consistent implementation of the principle of public property will be not a Reformation but a Revolution: the overthrow of the principle of private property of exploiting type will lead to a genuine increase of the public happiness and actual political freedom of the people. 9. Only the sovereign People has the right to rule its public property; only it can constitute a just humanist order. Only a state in which the sovereign People rule can be called a res publica; only in such a state the common good is not privatised and does not belong to one ruthlessly egoistic and exploiting dominating class. Only direct Realcommunist democracy deserves to be called democracy; only it is a true and real direct republican democracy. 10. The political communists – the liberal Realcommunists, – will reinvigorate new life in the rusty bourgeois Republican slogan 'Liberté, Egalité, Fraternité: they will create Liberty, Equality and Fraternity of new type. They will write that slogan on the walls of the new temples of humanistic republicanism, in which Res Publica is to be made the main virtue of the state. 11. The liberal Realcommunists will sow the seed of transformation of the forcefully atomised and, therefore, weak and apolitical capitalist society into an energetic and powerful political community. They will write and implement the constitution of liberal Realcommunism. Equality, Fraternity, Liberty – this is once again the slogan of the coming newest revolution. Not the equality of the Bourgeoisie, brothers, but the just equality of the People-sovereign. Not the brotherhood of the wolves-capitalists, but the brotherhood of men. Not the total freedom of the exploiters, but the freedom of the whole humanist political community. A res publica of justice: of equality, brotherhood and liberty. A transition from bourgeois violence to equal and just freedom, from the Might of the exploiting class to the Right of the sovereign people, from the ruling egoism and greed of homo capitalisticos to the system of government of the humanist Man – the universal ends and interests of the sovereign People are above everything else. Only a res publica which truly expresses the desires and the interests of the universal will of the whole political community is a res publica of Equality, Brotherhood and Liberty. Only the entire political community can genuinely represent its universal will, have total disposal of its common good and constitute such a rule that there cannot exist a more legitimate one on Earth than it. It is time to say: No to political and economic exploitation! It is time for us to begin to talk about the political and economic crimes of the capitalist class against humanity: the beast must be tamed. The capitalist exploitation of man by man is illegitimate and must be decisively eradicated and abolished. No to the power of the "representatives" of the People! Yes to the political power of the sovereign People organised as a free political community of equals! Public Will is sacred; only it can be truly ethical and it cannot be represented by anything else but itself. The biggest task of the political communists is to overthrow the old way of thinking and create a new higher Realcommunist civilisation. They want to enlighten humanity and revolutionise its thinking: Politics is the highest absolute end of Man; it is Man's life-long profession. Willing to develop Aristotle's notion of zoon politikon, the political communists expand the meaning of the notion of calling (vocation); the masses have been deceived by the exploiting classes that one's vocation is only connected with their professional life in the sphere of economics. No, decisively no! Politics is the highest end, the highest vocation and duty of Man. The political communists want to contribute to the process of creating a new political reality: a political reality in which Man's political will is a part of his professional life. The creation of this new political reality will take some time but it will appear. The shackles of slavery in which we still live will be broken. The age of real political freedom is still to come. The most valuable people for the new political communist movement will be those talented people, who consider political activity as the most important deed of their lives and are ready to devote tremendous energy to all necessary political actions in defence of humanism and the interests of the sovereign humanistic political community. For only when a people organises itself as a sovereign political community, do the members of the political community have and will the sovereign's will and are truly free. Only then do they become political communists and have an energetic will for permanent strengthening of the power of the people-sovereign to whom they belong. We do not need the pathetic passive demonstrations of the silent majority in modern capitalist societies any more. Demonstrating, just demonstrating against the deeds of the neo-cons and neo-liberals in power is not enough: they understand only the language and the acts of power of sovereign peoples. Only the will for power of the sovereign political community is legitimate. Only a direct democracy in which all members of the political community participate and freely express their sovereign will is truly legitimate. Realcommunists, enter in possession of your public property, i.e. expropriate the expropriators of public property. Create a genuinely legitimate and sovereign ethical political community, which is represented by no venal and corrupt servants of the exploiting classes because it is based on the authentic power of the votes and the wills, the public freedom and public happiness of all its members. Fight against the unjust capitalist system and the neo-liberal policies of the Big Global Bourgeoisie. Educate humanity so as to make bourgeois demagogy impossible. Reveal the big lies of modern pseudo-democracy and its "great" manipulators. Realcommunism – i.e. emancipating and liberating the political community, – is the nearest goal of humanity. It is time for us to carry out into practice the great dream of humanity for eternal peace; this dream was magnificently elaborated upon by Kant in his work of genius "Towards the eternal peace." Kant claimed that with the same necessity which only the laws of nature have, the states will begin to create an union of peace so as to avoid any wars and armament as completely unnecessary and obtain world federalism on the base of preconcerted and adopted by all international law. Pure, sacred and inviolable peace is possible only when the enlightened peoples become owners of their indivisible and inalienable sovereignty. Being organised as a political community – this is the highest organisation, the highest determination of a people. This and only this is the supreme and permanent duty as well as the supreme ethical task of every member of the political community: be politicians in the state of the future, each and everyone, without exceptions. Be on the alert, do not ever allow any economically and politically dominating and exploiting classes to be in total possession of state power. The power belongs to the sovereign only, to all of you and only you can create the just universal legislation, about which humanity has always been dreaming and which is absolutely possible. This is your destiny and your vocation. Only when we abolish the power of the Big Bourgeoisie and – due to our entering into possession of public property – build a politically active society, will we be free people, who have constituted a new public law and created a higher civilisation so as to experience and enjoy public happiness. And only when as a replacement of the present petty-minded people with a slave psyche brought up for millennia by ruthless masters arise proud and courageous, independent and completely free people knowing their rights and duties as sovereign owners of res publica and willing to fight in defence of their sovereign public property and public happiness, will Humanism become a global actuality. This new political actuality will proclaim the era of direct communist democracy! Humanists, best and proud sons and daughters of humanity, make it happen! Start making history! Change the direction of development of humanity! Be ready to lead the movement for humanism and political communism. Be prepared to govern! Fight and be victorious! And victorious you are sure to be; humanism has always been and will continue to be the most powerful driving force of history. We are to have one flag, and on it the words: Holy and pure Res Publica; A Res Publica, which does belong to all members of the truly free political community. Only Realcommunism – the new Realpolitical communism, – can prepare and perform the next political revolution; a revolution, which will make the dream of humanity come true: not the infinitely egoistical ruling classes, which have been violently and greedily exploiting all inferior classes for millennia and millennia of years since the invention of the institution of private property, but the People organised as a political community has the legitimate right to rule its country. Only after successful communist revolutions will the Peoples be able to express their sovereign wills freely. We can create a new humanist world. Long live humanity! Long live humanism!
An appendix to "The goals of political communism - the radically new Realcommunism" The newest political movement for direct Realcommunist democracy is definitely the force in world history to which the future belongs. It is bound to undermine all the foundations of the existing political state of affairs and build the humanist societies of the future. True democracy is irreconcilable with private property of exploiting capitalist type. There cannot be genuine democracy as long as it exists. The political communists declare their will for a new political union. They want to live in a world without exploitation of man by man, i.e. they want nothing less than an anti-capitalist revolution. They do not want to be lied by the so called "people's" representatives any more, they do not want to be doomed to listen the statements of the parties of Big Capital and declare obedience any more. They want to speak their minds. The current affairs of the state must be ruled by representatives who obey the energetic will of the sovereign people for humanism; in a truly humanist state the representatives listen to the voice of the people and represent no other will but the will of the People. The members of the political community must be well organised and capable of defending themselves against oppression and not allowing any kind of tyranny to exist. The universal public will has to abolish the tyranny which in world history up to date only passed from the hands of one exploiting class to the hands of another equally greedy class; it has to be overthrown once and for all. The universal volitions of the historical great will of the people must be invariably respected and carried out into practice. Vox populi, vox Dei. The time has come for humanism to resume its work and time and time again to play its predestined role in the political history of mankind. It is great merit of modern humanism that it has come to the point to create a new revolutionary ideology capable of changing the world, becoming a world-historic force, inspiring the activists of the humanist anti-capitalist revolution, who will to take part in the political fight for power and win. We want to prepare the revolution. We will to inspire the intellectuals again, to attract them, to present them a victorious ideology with both a world-historic mission and vision persuading them to side with us, to give them new goals and a sense of purpose – building a new humanist world. The politicization of Man is absolutely necessary; becoming a politician is the highest end of Man, the highest summit of development of Man. Nature has given itself to us and we all are equally responsible for it. We cannot betray and leave it in the hands of the global Big Bourgeoisie. Only the People organised as a free community of equals is a sovereign political and legal entity. Modern political communities are violently transformed by the dominating class into masses of totally disunited people – masses of completely separated and isolated atoms – with the sole purpose of depriving them of their supreme unity of wills; the economic and political exploiters know that it is only this unity that can lead to forming a new social organism with one end, one life, one will – the will for a humanist res publica. The Big Global Bourgeoisie reduce the sovereign political role of the members of the capitalist society to the subordinated role of a voting herd. The collective will of the sovereign People is limited to the infinitesimal; what is great must become infinitesimal for only then can the will of the ruling exploiting class prevail over the will of the People. All citizens of sovereign peoples are forced to deal with the infinitesimal, the domestic, their personal being and their little private world because the World Bourgeoisie, the World ruling class has robbed them of the infinitely great – their states. Not having enough civil courage and being deprived of steel political will, which your oppressors have in abundance, you – the masses – constantly grumble and complain about the capitalist politicians. You ceaselessly claim that politics is a dirty game, that politics is a bitch, that the politicians are utterly corrupted, that ... Wrong! Politics is beautiful. Have the civil courage to acknowledge the fact that such is the state of the world in which you live because it is you to blame. You are afraid of your oppressors and do not have the will to change the world. Stop escaping from the world of political reality. Be in search of the truth and cognise it. Will and fight for your total and authentic political freedom, your political capital and your public happiness and fight for them. Discover the world of politics; a world, which by right belongs to you. The more you are disunited, inactive and not politically engaged and, therefore, the more you act against your own interests and the interests of humanity, the less public property and political capital you are allowed to have and the more powerful is the state that the private owners create for themselves. They expropriate you from your public good. Attain the notion of political capital and political poverty and realize that politically poor is the one who has only insignificant or hardly any public property. You have hardly any public property. You are still political pariahs. Because the greed of the rich is astronomical and you do not oppose to it. Because you do not participate in the political life of your nation. Because you are violently dispossessed of your public property. Because you are deprived of your right to use your political capital. Because you have never been taught – and, consequently, you have never learned – what public happiness is all about. It is time for you to transform the capitalist society into a powerful political community. Examine your own political status, your serfdom, your lack of political freedom and public happiness, your manipulation by the corporate media and you will be able to describe the feelings of a modern slave. The dictatorship of the Big Capital is a theft of property – your public property is robbed. The result is your political slavery. You are political plebeians – this is your political status in the "free" capitalist world. Enough is enough! It is time for you to become politicians, members of the political community. Expropriate your political and economic expropriators and start using your enormous political capital. The time has come for each and everyone of you to be a Man, who knows the absolute ends of humanity and energetically wills them. Create a body politic in which everyone enjoys the benefits of public freedom, public capital and public happiness. Being lied, brainwashed, with fragmentary – and in the utmost degree – insufficient knowledge of the Big Political Game, from now on you have to prepare to enter politics and put an end to the drunkenness in which the barons of Big Bourgeoisie keep you. You, modern political slaves, who belong to the working class or the so called middle class, you still prefer bread to freedom. Until you have sufficient knowledge about the truth of your politico-economic being and the courage of heroes, you will be easily manipulated by your masters. Without question, it is easy to manipulate people in times of a lack of new ideology with world-historical mission. But you deserve to know the truth and – as Jesus says, – the truth will make you free. For millennia the march of private property has been unstoppable. Tyranny, despotism, totalitarianism – these have been the fruits of "freedom" based on private property. The newest revolution will be based on the principle of public property – this and only this is the truly revolutionising principle of today and tomorrow; it has to be carried out into practice again. The Earth, the forests, all the fauna and flora, the mountains and waters of rivers, seas and oceans, the state in its totality are public property. For capitalism as such is not the end of social development. A society based on the principle of private property is not and cannot be the final end of the Universal Will. We can and must change it. And only when all humanists around the world believe this, and act on this, and persuade others to believe and act, will we have made the first huge step towards our ethical revolution. Our revolution will have no other reason but the fight for ownership and this time the revolution will be about who is going to own the planet – Man as such or "the Capitalist Man". Fight for a world in which Man's labour does not become a commodity, which one can buy and sell. Create a movement for complete abolishment of the system of hired labour – this goal is still to be realised. Fight and build a new humanist social order. Only the Peoples are the supreme rulers of the world, i.e. not the world bourgeoisie and the global financial circles but humanity, whose world history proves the fact that its enormous majority has lived in serfdom and has been exploited by the dominating classes. The quality of political life and public happiness is at a devastatingly low level in modern commercialised societies. The ethical decay suffered by modern societies is incredible. For I am a coward. You are a coward. We are slaves. They are the masters. We help them create their political delirium. Mahatma Gandhi's statement "You must be the changes you want to see in the world" is forever true. We cannot allow them to corrupt the courage of our wills and our minds any more. Free yourselves from the shackles of pseudo-democracy. Will your complete, free and inalienable public property. Free yourselves from the oppression of the principle of private property of exploiting type, which leads to the total privatisation of your public property. Free yourselves from the dominating exploiting class, the Big Global Bourgeoisie, and its political puppet, the global political class, which are vitally interested in imposing and preserving the principle of private property of exploiting type. What is to be done? The humanists want to introduce a new constitution of freedom – the constitution of the humanist state. How is it to be done? There are two well-known ways: a) a violent revolution or b) Mahatma Gandhi's method of civil disobedience and passive resistance. The humanists reserve their right to find their own way. The first stages of the fight with the hydra of contemporary predatory Global Bourgeoisie will be based on pure moral means of pressure and exerting influence on the existing capitalist political order. Our nearest task is to educate the people in order to begin to impose its sovereign will over the greedy and selfish will of Big Bourgeoisie. We have to establish a new political movement as well as associations, whose members fight the bourgeois system of exploitation and anti-humanist propaganda and are ready to fight it until the day of its total abolition. This is an unconditionally true method. Our final end is to transform the state institutions on the base of the principle of public property. We want to overcome capitalism and be victorious in our struggle for humanism. The will for private property and interests make us sacrifice the whole human species for our personal happiness. That has always been happening. It depends on us, however, whether it will continue to be happening. God has given us a rational will. Only thanks to our rational will can we go beyond the present state of the world and create a new world; a world, which can only exist when we overcome and abolish the world of private property of exploiting type and in which public happiness becomes the supreme end of the society and humanity. This new world needs us all. Let us undertake a change of the traditional way of thinking about politics and virtue. Let us implement a new humanist constitution defending the right of the People to rule with absolute and sovereign power since only the People's will for justice is and can be true and uncompromisingly better than the egoistic class will of the Big Bourgeoisie. There is really much to gain in the humanist order; the newest reality of the idea of justice and virtue must be carried out into practice. A free political community wills its will and wants only it; it rejects the will of the exploiting class. It obeys to its own laws, the laws of humanist Common Will. The self-rule of the people founded on the participation of all politically thinking citizens is at the same time a guarantee for the freedom of every human person. Only when the middle class throw away its pathetic state of apolitical lethargy and want to participate in the realisation of state power, will the power of the sovereign – the power of the People – become an actual power; there is no other legitimate power but the power of the sovereign People. Our aim is to create a new will for power; it is the will of the people as the only sovereign manifestation of universal will – not the will of one exploiting class, the will of the Bourgeoisie – that has to dominate. This will for truly people's power is the newest natural development of Man through a radical change of his previously permanent slavish social status. Political communism aims at liberation of Man from modern slavery – the ugly and shameful heritage of many and many a millennia of world history throughout which the exploiting classes have been incessantly bringing up men with slavish psyche from a generation to a generation. The creation of a new will for power will lead to creation of the new humanist man, of the universal man as a negation of the bourgeois man with his egoistic thirst for power. This new man will free himself from the shackles of the total power of private property of exploiting type and will create a world capable of achieving the golden mean between private and public property in Man's pure and sacred res publica, which will only acknowledge private property of humanist type. Modern peoples! Your oppressors can easily manipulate you because your knowledge of their Big Political Game – of their real but secret Big Game, which has nothing to do do with the empty political declarations they make to brainwash you – is highly insufficient. It is time for you to be superbly well politically educated. It is time for a new epoch of excellent political knowledge of each and everyone to appear on the world stage of human history. Setting the beginning of a new humanistic Renaissance – this and nothing else but this is the task of the new history-making humanist movement. And when that happens, it will be a realisation of the humanist self-liberation of Man possessing an intelligent political will; a man who wants to fight for just and humanist political community and will not allow to be manipulated by any exploiting classes which teach the rest of humanity what to think, know and will. A people of free men and women does not allow to be manipulated; it attains the stage of free rational will and becomes the supreme sovereign of res publica. Insofar as the Declaration of the rights of the man and citizen – the pride of the Great French revolution – aimed at ensuring and defending the freedom of the owners of private property, and therefore, at subjugation of the sovereign and a total limitation of its role, the leading principles of the victorious humanistically organised and revived sovereign will be proclaimed in "The declaration of the Rights and Duties of the member of a free political community." This will be the political declaration of the newest humanistic Renaissance. The humanists stand for proper political education of all young people. Bringing up one's will – one's social, professional and political will – is the calling of Man. Yet, we are never thought to think in the categories of political will. Employment, flexibility and adaptation to the dominating conditions of the market have become the paramount end and the only reason for acquiring knowledge in today's neo-liberal state. Educating, just educating people – as the present educational systems does so as to create the political slaves it needs, – is simply not enough. It is anti-humanistic. Developing the political will of the people, creating a society of people with strong political will and in full possession of their political will is the task of the new humanistic era. We have to start creating People's Universities for Politics as well as political humanist parties able to educate and strengthen the political will of the People. We cannot expect the ruling capitalist class to do that because even if its ideologues and leaders acknowledge the fact that civic virtues are of extreme importance in the active public sphere, they do not want the people to go beyond the sphere of mere philosophising and powerless politicking. The Big Bourgeoisie know perfectly well that the day when the people organise themselves as a free sovereign people will be an immediate threat to the very sense of its existence as a dominating exploiting class and, therefore, will destroy its welfare based on the theft of the private and public property of the other classes, it will be the first day of a new humanist state order. The Realcommunists, the modern political communists, are the leading force of the fierce resistance to the existing, dominating political order based on the principle of greed of the Will for private property, wealth and power; their volitions go beyond the frames of the existing system. They aim at changing it and its actuality. The humanists have the will to organise themselves and oppose the existing system; they aim at constituting a community of interdependent individuals each of whom is guaranteed their pie of political capital. Now the fight to solve the counter-volitions of today's capitalist system becomes the task of a totally new world-historical movement capable of carrying out into practice new volitions, postulates and desires of the creative Universal Will in order to prepare a new foundation for the existence of the people and the state. The humanists know what the nearest necessary stage in the development of the Universal Will is and they will to apply their energy to implement its humanist principles. Humanity is an end in itself. In no way can a rational humanistic political community regard human beings as means to higher ends. The humanists acknowledge the importance of the individual. He is not to be told: You exist only because of the infinite end of your species, i.e. for the sake of the cognising and knowing itself reason, the self-knowing spirit. The individual can but totally and rightly disregard such statements of speculative philosophy. For he sub-volitionally wills his will - he feels and knows his will. His will exists and his personal happiness is of the highest importance. He exists. Every here and now is his. Nonetheless, the individual is to be told: You are an emanation of the having itself Absolute Will; it is your source. Absolute Property is not what the finite everyday thinking of Man considers to be his property, but the having itself Having of the Absolute. It is directed towards itself; it is the will that wills to possess itself – to be in power over itself, – because it is its own highest good. Your own body – your own corporeal instrument, which you are utterly proud of, – is a manifestation of the Absolute Material Volition. The freedom of your will is your supreme good; freedom of will is the supreme good, the highest good of humanity. The will wills to achieve its freedom, to free itself, for freedom contains in itself its infinite necessity to get into possession of itself and due to its volitional power it always comes into possession of itself. It is the final end for itself, the only end of will, which it always realises. This is the final end of God, who always wills only his own permanent and omnipotent will and nothing else he wills for himself; and nothing great has ever been achieved without his will. An essential part of human life is to personalise the world we live in. For this reason the humanists aim at bringing up people who say: "My town is my home, My country is my home. My planet is my home." My person is an integral and indispensable part of my community and mankind, i.e. true personalism is at the same time true communism. Creating this type of people might take centuries or millennia but it is bound to happen. These new people will be appalled by the monstrous egoism of our generation and the unknown number of generations before ours. Man is not free when he cannot act in perfect accordance with his political will. Burst your chains, people. Change the present political system of passive public opinion with a system of enlightened and permanently acting public political will. Only a genuine neo-communist movement is able to set the beginning of the end of neo-liberalism and create a New society today. Devote yourself body and will to the fight for humanism. Marx began solving the riddle of history in XIX century but understandably enough he did not finish his deed. Yet the development of the objective contradictions of the capitalist society based on the absolute power of private property not only over the means of production but the state as well made him come at the conclusion that communism is inevitable. Now is the time for us to continue developing his deed. Now is the time for every truly sovereign People to write a new social contract and force the barons of Big Capital to sign the humanist Magna Charta Libertatum of our time. Not only will this new political contract proclaim the supreme domination of the principle of public property but it will also lead to a new social order; an order, in which the members of every truly free community of equals will aim at public happiness and enjoy their sovereignty ensuring them total political participation in everything concerning the political community. They will neither allow their political capital to be robbed nor will they allow to be brainwashed and manipulated. The present domination of private property over the common good will be gradually but efficiently abolished. Our task is to take away the political power from the hands of the wealthy class, which is in total possession of it now, and create a society in which the principle of public property abolishes the domination of the principle of private property and yet preserves it in itself as its subordinated moment. Our goal is crystal clear: Constituting a government of new kind. Humanism. Winning and victorious for it expresses the absolute ends of Man. Nothing else on Earth but participation of all in ruling the common good – res publica – and complete access to the sphere of public affairs is the true essence of freedom and public happiness. People can be thoroughly happy only when they take part in power and become the subject of public power – the highest summit of public happiness they can achieve. Man has always had a desire for freedom as a political manner of living but he has to attain the desires of his supreme political will by force, to fight and win in order to realise them and live in a state ruled in conformity with the principles of humanism. In the conditions of the present capitalist social order, in which I (everyone is I) as a spokesman of universal will am denied the right of political being, the right to be a statesman, I am forced to be an unethical man because ethics is only possible as an unity of will in both the individual and universal property I possess, as an unity of the individual and universal freedom of will. There is no genuine political freedom without the permanent and absolute participation of Man having the enlightened will of a statesman. No other power but the one in which the politically willing "I" participates in ruling the common good – res publica – is legitimate. The idea of freedom of the human person is closely connected with his political freedom, i.e. with the freedom of the self-determining its collective behaviour political community. Genuine modern freedom goes far beyond the realm of private property; it means a lot more than just taking care of your garden, choosing the make of your car, investing money, i.e. it is infinitely more than your consumer or economic freedom. You do have the total freedom of rational will, when you participate in the decision-making concerning the common deeds of your political community, you are a statesman, you take care of the fate of the next generations, i.e. as a politically willing "I" you also need the political freedom of the people-sovereign, which wills only its own will and obeys its own will – this is its and your highest and genuine political freedom. Ever since the very first historical state came into existence, the dominating exploiting class took it upon itself to organise the pragmatic implementation of the principle of private property of exploiting type aiming at the total alienation of all rights of all other individuals in favour of its members; it was the first political and economic expropriation ever. Never more! Now the task of Man is to emancipate himself, to enter in possession of his rights and duties in the newest type of state organisation of the political community and to defend them against all aspirations of the dominating classes; such classes have no right to exist. His supreme right and duty as well is to be a member of an ethically self-determining political community, which have a strong political will and fight for permanent development of the humanist social contract as an ever-changing ethical actuality and political freedom of every ethical individual. The humanist social contract aims at continuing the self-liberation of Man. The humanists will to establish a political state organisation in which there is no place for the unprecedented corruption and monstrous abuses of power in the capitalist state and which not only defends the right of freedom and public happiness as well as the civic rights of every member but also demands from them to do their duties to the common deed as a necessary moment of the act of humanist association. The people has to have a real power and force to exercise its sovereignty, i.e. to exercise its common will – this is the most certain criterion for the legitimacy of power; the people can be represented by itself only. This is a sine qua non for a pure and sacred res publica for only then the people is truly and totally a creator of its own social deeds and achievements. Join the the new political movement for humanism and fight for the freedom of your people: only the freedom of the people-sovereign guarantees the freedom of every particular individual. The defence of the common public property of this truly legitimate sovereign will become the axis of the whole legislation of the humanist state of the future. The fight of the people against all kinds of tyranny and anarchy is the supreme duty of the sovereign, of every statesman. Today the freedom of the sovereign is possible only through abolition of the politico-legal institutions and relations of the old capitalist order, only through destruction of its state. And that will happen; the march of historical development cannot be stopped. So it will! The will of the people aims at achieving the determinations of the absolute universal will for ethics and embodying them in its life as principles of universal freedom. The desire of the people for absolute humanist ethics is indestructible; this aim determines its development. Members of every genuinely ethical political community, don't you want justice and the good – not the evil, – to become the leading principle of development of humanity? Only you, acting as free members of the sovereign people, can express the absolute ends and essence of the state; every ruling class only distorts them because it subordinates them to its class will. The "Might is Right" principle of every unjust and exploiting society, which the dictatorship of Big Capital still imposes and defends in the constitutions of the so called "democratic" countries, has to give way and will give way to your sovereign right to constitute the determinations of your own humanist freedom. Your "Right is Might" principle will triumph only on condition – the permanent, great and unshakable condition, – that you become an independent political force. And then – and only then! – you will be free!
